Our Claim Service Assistants serve as the desk adjuster’s “eyes” in the field, enabling them to provide more accurate service for the insured at a fraction of the cost normally associated with a field survey. Use a "CSA" to:
- Provide photos of a damaged home or vehicle
- Verify the extent of damages to an insured property
- Take accurate measurements of the area of damage
- Obtain a carpet sample for analysis
- Photo and Diagram an accident scene
- Confirm that repairs to a damaged property have been completed
